Kent State's programming for World AIDS Day 2007 begins today with an information table from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the second floor of the Student Center. University Health Services will provide informational material on HIV/AIDS, other sexually transmitted infections and abstinence and safe sex. (0) comments
Adult students are invited to attend a discussion on relationships at the Adult Student Center today. The discussion runs from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Jay Weisburd, a counseling graduate student, will co-facilitate the discussion, which he said is not limited to talk of romantic relationships. (0) comments
The Sigma Sigma Sigma house carried the aroma of flapjacks and maple syrup last night as the sorority hosted its first pancake dinner fundraiser. The money raised is going toward a new house for the sorority members. Shannon Linton, sophomore middle childhood education major, said the members rent the sorority house from a housing core.
