When we hurt someone, it's only polite to apologize for it. On Saturday, the Virginia legislature passed a resolution to apologize for the state's role in slavery. Better late than never, right? It's great that Virginia wants to take responsibility for its past wrongs. (2) comments

There is good news all across the board - corporate board that is. Giant Eagle has closed its Kent store, saying that it was unprofitable. The owners of the company can now walk away from Kent and focus on more profitable actions. They can now concentrate on raising their sales above their current $5. (0) comments
