The Ohio State Highway Patrol identified the body of a man who hung himself on Kent State's Trumbull Campus as 55-year-old English professor Michael Rick Smith, as reported by the Warren Tribune Chronicle. If a proposed amendment to Ohio's constitution is passed Nov. 7, the high school class of 2021 could go to Kent State for considerably less than what current students are paying.
