I've told everyone that asked me about this trip that this was definitely the best thing I've ever done with my life. I was with John Gosky's crew that painted the rectory for a Vietnamese Catholic church and we definitely had a blast. The building looks awesome, and the stairs look even better!

One day a friend and I decided to head to the local Speedway for lunch, and the chef at the diner place inside was teasing me for a bit. I told him he couldn't mess with me, since I was from Ohio and us northerners "didn't get it." :) He asked why I came down, so I told him about KSU United for Biloxi. Another customer overheard me, and asked me about it also. After a bit, he asked what I had ordered and also what my friend had ordered. I thought he wanted to order the same thing, so I told him. Later, when I went up to the register to pay, the cashier told me that that man had paid for both me and my friend's lunches!

Little miracles make a world of difference.
