Abstract:

Ashley uses cell phones (other people's) regularly to call and to receive calls and then says she doesn't see it as a necessity? Or is it that she doesn't see it as a necessity but having a boyfriend with one IS a necessity? ;-)
Just get a cheap Tracfone Ashley. They are so cheap, in fact, that you have no excuse for not having one. It will save your friends & family a lot of hassle without being a drain on your finances.
Seriously though, this Lifeline is a wonderful way to help those struggling financially to stay in touch.

I think Ashley is a scavenger and full of s*it. She probably just doesn't want to pay for a phone but is quick to use someone else's phone.
