Abstract:
The All Campus Programming Board's 13th annual FlashFest took place without any bad luck yesterday.

Despite a sold-out crowd, it would've been nice to see some diversity in big name performers. A country star, a rock band and an almost all-White jam-band show whoever organized this didn't have much in mind in the way of otherwise boring music for white frat kids. Whatever happened to two years ago with Muse, Common and that other white rock band? They should really focus on that next year. Otherwise, they definately stepped it up since last year's horrible excuse for a festival.

ACPB had a hip hop act planned, but I heard they cancelled last minute and ACPB couldnt get approval in enough time for another act. But they did try to hit that genre

I agree with the first post. I grad from KSU and not a single time did I ever see a great country music artist. think there isnt a market for it? Go to the Dusty Armadillo on a wednesday night and see the jam packed place full of KSU students.

Its also some type of hippie crap like OAR, Howie Day, etc... Can the country man get a song?
