Abstract:
Sometimes a speeding ticket is a blessing in disguise.
Motorists who dispute police-issued traffic citations have automatic access to court hearings, where they may state their cases to a judge.
That's not the case when vehicles are towed against an owner's will....

Well, after reading this article I see that I do have a recourse for a towing company located in Barberton and Akron called; "Bill's Towing and Service". Bill's Towing came onto my private property (as posted) and towed my vehicle w/o the assistance and/or order of the City, County or State Police or Building Department.
More specifically, Bill's Towing did not tow my vehicle in accordance w/the specific towing requirements the manufacturer requires in order to prevent my vehicle from being damaged. Bill's Towing pulled my car from the front end w/a chain and did not properly secure the front end then continued to drag my vehicle several feet damaging both of my new rear end tires, alloy rims, dual exhaust systems, bumper, frame and gas tank.
Bill's Towing is "over" charging for towing costs beyond the amount agreed to in the City's contract w/Bill's Towing, not to mention, is knowingly towing vehicles w/o a police order or instructions.
Maybe my complaint to the Attorney General will put this Company out of business since they are not Certified by the Feds, not approved to operate a business by Ohio's PUCO and/or their operators license has been revoked and several other alias's have expired.
Don't use Bill's Towing, they are not insured nor licensed to tow any vehicle anywhere in Ohio.
I was not cited by the Police Department, nor any Building Department, Bill's Towing just came onto my property and took my car w/o my landlords permission or instructions to and/or w/o my permission and/or instructions.
