Spring Break
Abstract:
If someone had told me three and a half years ago I'd be writing this column today, I would have laughed at them.
When I came to Kent State I was scared and overwhelmed. I didn't know if I was ready to be away from my family, if I would make any friends or if I would be lost in a sea of 20,000 other students....

As one who is a regular reader of the online Stater, I'd say you did an exceptional job. The issues were diverse in their subject matter, yet for the most part always professional. I know of one particular journalist there who thinks there is no other like you and will miss you tremendously. Thank you for a job well done and best wishes for the future. I'm sure, with a little patience, you'll do well.
