Freshman to work with Roxy in NYC

Abstract:
Ever since her freshman year of high school, fashion design major Ashley Angresano has been into fashion.

"I wanted to be able to make my own clothing, so I asked my parents for a sewing machine," Angresano said. "I started sewing just for fun."

By 11th grade, Angresano knew she wanted to pursue fashion design as a career....

I wanted to congratulate Ashley on her TeenVogue award! Ashley is passionate about fashion design. She is a hard worker who has the drive to succeed in the very competitive but dynamic and rewarding field of fashion. We all wish her much success and are so very happy to read about her accomplishments!

Great job, Ashley. I'm so proud of you. You are on your way in the fashion design industry. Study hard and keep up the good work! Just think, someday you may be helping a college fashion design student when you own your own shop in NYC!

Love, Mom
