Make sure to vote against the changes to the USS Charter. It gives absolute power to the USS. The charter eleminates the checks and balances system that is in place today concerning funding. The new charter makes the ACPB a lame duck, a puppet! Vote NO on the charter!

Greg,
You must be a quite uninformed student. The USS already has the same control over the students' money as they would with this proposal. The proposal would actually INCREASE the checks and balances on ACPB, because right now ACPB gets something like 54% of the students' money to spend however it wants and the money is spent based on what a group of people who are part of a student organization think is worthwhile.
So if you were concerned about the "checks and balances" on students' money you would vote YES.
